There’s a difference between tile that looks clean and grout that truly is clean. Mopping only cleans the tile surface, not the grout lines.
Grout is porous, so it absorbs grease, soap scum, bacteria, and anything else that lands on your kitchen or bathroom floor. Over time, white grout turns grey, and grey grout turns black. Even scrubbing with a toothbrush on a Saturday morning won’t bring it back to new.
Our professional equipment uses cylindrical brushes to scrub floors, while lifting the dirty water and grime into a removable recovery tank, so nothing gets pushed around. It uses a damp cleaning technique (water or steam) to loosen dirt, allowing it to clean and dry simultaneously, reaching up to edges and into corners.
The result is tile that looks like new.
